A learning journey to success beyond grades!

More than conventional tutoring, we own the students’ progress and long-term success. A student might start the journey with us needing help to prepare for a test, gradually and organically we tackle study skills, time management, and other soft skills that contribute to academic success. Throughout the school year, we check in with the students to help them reach their milestones. Especially for high school students, stemming from tutoring, students get guidance on picking classes for the next school year, preparing for the SAT, to completing their college applications. Since we know the students’ strengths and personalities, college counseling becomes way more efficient!

Academic Success Counseling

with

Guided Independent Study & Homework Support

We coach the students to maximize their success using the skills that will carry them a long way. Most students are not limited by their intelligence, but by adjusting to the teachers’ styles, the way a subject should be learned, or a reminder to go back to the notes and review. We help the students learn what to do and how to do it through a semester. This coaching is best done through guided independent study at our center between 3-5 days on the weekdays. It is a dedicated time and place for the students to focus. High-quality completion is our goal. We will also help plan for weekend studies to be done at home.

  • Mondays through Fridays between 3:00-6:30.

  • No prorate or makeup for any missed days.

  • Tutoring will be suggested as needed.

College Counseling

  • More than just teaching the students the subjects, we work with the students on their study skill to maximize their score.

  • The classes the students take help tell a strong story for the major they apply for in college applications. Get guidance on how to get started.

  • Knowing what diretion (art, business engineering, etc.) to pursue is critical before listing the schools to apply to. Yes, high school students are too young to know what to choose. We help the students explore their potential and interests.

  • “What’s the best school I can get into?” It’s important to have a well-balanced list of schools to apply to, after we have helped you choose a field of interest. We will help you optimize your time, effort, and money in the college application process, and maximize the success.

  • Be ready to fill out the same information many, many times. The application systems are not the most well-designed system. There could be hundreds of tasks to complete to finish the applications. We will help you make a schedule to produce high-quality applications with low stress.

  • How would you present yoursel as a person in front of the reviewers. Strategizing what to write about in the essays is critical to college admissions. We help you tell your stories and tell them right.
